Transparent, Auditable, Science-Based
Every calculation in EuroComply360 is grounded in official EU regulations and internationally recognized frameworks.
Unlike black-box platforms, we show you exactly how every number is calculated and which EU regulation it comes from.
Regulatory Foundations
Our platform is built on the most authoritative sources for ESG compliance in European real estate.
EU Taxonomy
Regulation 2020/852 + Delegated Reg. 2021/2139
Calculates alignment with sustainable economic activities criteria
CSRD / ESRS
Directive 2022/2464 + Delegated Reg. 2023/2772
Generates sustainability reporting disclosures and materiality assessments
EPBD
Directive 2024/1275
Assesses energy performance certificates and MEPS compliance
EN 15232-1:2017
BACS Efficiency Standard
Calculates building automation savings potential (up to 30%)
CRREM
Carbon Risk Real Estate Monitor (Horizon 2020)
Predicts stranding year against 1.5°C decarbonization pathways
GRESB
Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark 2025
Estimates ESG performance score and peer ranking
SFDR
Regulation 2019/2088 + Delegated Reg. 2022/1288
Reports Principal Adverse Impact indicators for real estate
Copernicus / IPCC AR6
EU Climate Data Service
Provides physical climate risk projections and scenarios
How We Calculate
From your data to actionable insights in three steps
Your 8 Data Points
Property location, area, year built, EPC rating, energy consumption, property type, country, and emission data
Cross-Referenced Against EU Databases
Validated against official CRREM pathways, EEA emission factors, and national nZEB thresholds
Personalized Compliance Reports
Stranding predictions, gap analysis, renovation roadmaps, and audit-ready documentation
Key Formulas
Energy Intensity (EUI)
Output: kWh/m²/year
GHG Emissions
Output: tCO₂e/year
Stranding Year
Output: Year
BACS Savings
Output: kWh saved
Data Governance
Our commitment to accuracy and transparency
Emission Factors
Updated annually from EEA/IEA official sources
CRREM Pathways
Synced with each new CRREM version release
GRESB Methodology
Recalibrated annually to match GRESB standards
Audit Trail
Full traceability for every report generated
Data Completeness & Null Policy
How we handle missing or incomplete data
No Silent Zeros
EuroComply360 never converts missing inputs into 0. If data is absent, it stays absent.
Insufficient Data → Null
If required inputs are missing, the metric is returned as null and marked as "Insufficient Data".
Audit-Ready Logging
Data completeness is logged in the audit trail, including which inputs were missing.
Examples
- →If a property has no emissions data, CRREM currentEmissions = null (not 0).
- →If energy readings are missing, compliance status is "Insufficient Data" (not compliant/non-compliant by default).
