Data Retention

Isolated Database
Each customer operates on an isolated SQL database. Your data is never mixed with other customers.
EU Data Residency
All data is hosted exclusively in EU data centers (Frankfurt, Amsterdam). No data leaves the European Union.
Full Data Ownership
You fully own your data. Export it at any time in standard formats (CSV, Excel, JSON).
Encryption
AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit. End-to-end protection for all data.
Access Control
Operational staff access is disabled by default. Any exceptional access requires approval and is fully audited.
Audit Trail
Complete audit trail of all data access and modifications for compliance verification.

Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the EuroComply360 platform.
Service Description
EuroComply360 provides a B2B SaaS platform for ESG compliance management, regulatory reporting, and sustainability data tracking for European real estate portfolios.
Access & Use
Access is granted to authorized business users only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you upload to the platform. We do not sell, share, or use your data for any purpose other than providing the contracted service.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive for accuracy, regulatory compliance reports generated by the platform should be reviewed by qualified professionals. The platform is a tool to assist compliance, not a replacement for professional advice.
Subscription & License Terms
One subscription per legal entity. Account sharing between organizations is strictly prohibited. Each subscription is licensed to a single company/organization and may not be shared with, resold to, or used by other legal entities. Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination without refund.
Usage Limits
To ensure fair use and service quality, accounts are limited to 3 concurrent sessions. Accounts showing unusual activity patterns (multiple IPs, excessive sessions) may be flagged for review. Need more team access? Contact sales for enterprise plans with expanded user limits.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws and the Digital Content Directive (EU 2019/770).
Right of Withdrawal
As a B2B service, the standard 14-day consumer withdrawal right does not apply. However, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers if the platform does not meet your documented requirements.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time on monthly plans. Annual plans may be prorated upon request.
Refund Process
Refund requests should be submitted to billing@eurocomply360.eu within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
Do Not Sell My Personal Information
In compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and similar regulations.
We Do Not Sell Personal Information
EuroComply360 does not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration. This has never been part of our business model.
Your Rights
California residents have the right to: know what personal information is collected; request deletion of personal information; opt-out of the sale of personal information (not applicable as we do not sell); non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights.
